How Did This Happen???

My "baby" is turning 1 today!

Deagan, how did you go from this...

To this, so quickly???

I can't believe a year has gone by already. You are such a funny, content little boy! You started walking 2 weeks ago and are so happy to be more mobile. You are a little guy, but definitely pack away the food! You usually eat all your meal and the rest of your sister's! You love to be tickled and to have someone chase you. I love watching you get so excited and proud of yourself when you accomplish something new. You have started to say ball and can wave bye-bye and give the sweetest, soberiest kisses! Its amazing to see how quickly you learn things after watching Kennedy. Unfortunately, she is not the best role model in this department :-) You are climbing on EVERYTHING. I don't think you realize what you are doing until you suddenly realize you can't get down. :-)

I love you, Deags, and can't wait to see what this next year has in store for you!

Update

I know, I know, I'm a delinquent blogger! :-) Beth, here is a quick update.... If all goes as planned, I may ACTUALLY post more than once this week!! :-)
Since my last update we have been busy with work and school and errands and family and a million things.
This past weekend we went to Tuttle's Orchard in Greenfield. We all had fun but it is exhausting handling a 1 yr old and 2 yr old out and about by myself. I am strongly considering leashes once Deag is fully walking by himself...either that, or a surgery to get additional arms attached.

Just leaving the house any more is on ordeal. Apparently, Kennedy has decided that it looks like fun when I have a million things to carry as we leave the house, so she would like to do the same. She has been trying to bring her purse, her sunglasses, and her baby- with it's stroller. This weekend she decided the needed TWO strollers. Seriously? I usually try to stick them back in the house or in the trunk, because she feels she needs to be able to hold all these things while in her car seat and that just doesn't work. Since she's two, lots of screaming ensues. I have a feeling it's going to be a very difficult 18 years. :-)

Alright, that's all I have time for at the moment. I am working on a post about Deagan for his 1st birthday on Thursday (sniff, sniff).
